Hotel's location was quiet and perfect, close enough to walk to the city center. Moreover, it was very close to the Liberia airport, centre of town and grocery store. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

we stayed in a double room with aircon. the staff was pretty friendly and welcoming and responsive to requests. the location was good and perfect, at a walking distance from waves indoor waterpark.

Make sure to book a double room with both AC and air conditioning, it's worth it! The location is super quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. Plus, they have parking, so no need to stress about finding a spot 🚗.

The whole experience was real good, no reason to complain, 100% recommend. The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a very nice area, close enough to the Liberia airport and downtown and centre. The staff at Hotel El Cerro were always super helpful and incredibly friendly. The location was perfect and peaceful - we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. It was also just a short 10-15 minute stroll from a local history museum.

This hotel is situated in a safe neighbourhood with nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The breakfast is a nice treat with home cooked meals. The staff is pleasant and helpful, with a friendly night front desk person who tries to communicate as best as possible. The lock on the gates provides a sense of safety. The building is charming, quiet, and offers good value for money.

There are not enough hangars in the closet, but the staff would have provided more if requested.

The bed and pillows were both comfortable, and a special note of thanks to the manager.
